"In parts" can also mean seamen, which has harmed conservation/

breeding programs for these endagered species.

Question 3 2016     Mass. Banned gestation stalls for hogs, veal crates for calves, confinement Passed 78%

for egg-laying hens, forbids sale of veal, pork, or eggs from any 

facility which utilizes confinement.


Measure 100 2016     Oregon          Restricts intrastate sale of ivory, rhino horns, and parts from  Passed 70%

endangered species.  A very deceptive measure which has brought

great harm to true conservation of endangered species. 

Proposition 67 2016     California   Statewide ban on plastic bags Passed 53%

Proposition 12 2018     California Prohibits sale of veal, pork, and eggs from any facility which    Passed 63%

utilizes any kind of confinement.

Amendment 13 2018      Florida A very deceptive measure which banned Greyhound Racing Passed 69%
